MovieSpirit respects and protects the privacy of all users who use the service. In order to provide you with more accurate and personalized services, MovieSpirit will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this privacy policy. However, MovieSpirit will treat this information with a high degree of diligence and prudence. Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, MovieSpirit will not disclose or provide this information to a third party without your prior permission. MovieSpirit will update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When you agree to this Application Services Use Agreement, you are deemed to have agreed to the entire content of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of this Application Service Agreement.

1. Scope of application

a) MovieSpirit automatically receives and records information on your browser and computer when you use its web service or access its web page, including but not limited to, your IP address, the type of browser, use Data such as language , date and time of access, software and hardware feature information, and the web page records you require.

b) User’s personal data obtained by MovieSpirit from a business partner through legal means.

You understand and agree that the following information does not apply to this Privacy Policy:

a) The keyword information that you enter when using the search service provided by MovieSpirit platform;

b) The relevant information and data you posted in MovieSpirit will be collected by MovieSpirit, including but not limited to participation activities, transaction information and evaluation details;

c) Violation of the law or violation of the rules of MovieSpirit and the actions that MovieSpirit has taken against you.

2. Information usage

a) MovieSpirit will not provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party unless we have obtained your permission in advance, or the third party and MovieSpirit (including the affiliates of MovieSpirit) provide services to you individually or jointly, and after the service is over, it will be blocked from accessing all of this material that it has previously been able to access.

b) MovieSpirit also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell or distribute your personal information by any means. Any user of MovieSpirit who engages in the above activities, once found, MovieSpirit has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with the user.

c) For the purpose of serving the Users, MovieSpirit may provide you with information of interest by using your personal information, including but not limited to sending you product and service information, or sharing information with the application partners so that they can send you information about their products and services (the latter requires your prior agreement).

3. Information disclosure

In the following circumstances, MovieSpirit will disclose all or part of your personal information according to your personal wishes or legal provisions:

a) Disclose to third parties with your prior consent;

b) In order to provide the products and services you request, have to share your personal information with third parties;

c) Disclosure to a third party or an administrative or judicial authorities in accordance with the relevant provisions of the law or the requirements of the administrative or judicial authorities;

d) If you have violated relevant Chinese laws, regulations or this application service agreement or relevant rules, need to be disclosed to third parties;

e) If you are a qualified intellectual property complainer and have filed a complaint, you will be disclosed to the Complainant at the request of the Complainant so that both parties can handle possible rights disputes;

f) In a transaction created on MovieSpirit platform, if either party fulfills or partially fulfills its transaction obligations and makes a request for disclosure of information, MovieSpirit has the right to decide to provide the user with the necessary information such as the contact information of the counterparty of the transaction, in order to facilitate the completion of the transaction or the resolution of the dispute.

g) Other disclosures that MovieSpirit considers appropriate in accordance with laws, regulations or website policies.

4. Information storage and exchange

The information and materials collected by MovieSpirit about you will be stored on the servers of MovieSpirit and/or its affiliated companies, which may be transmitted to your country, region or outside of the country where MovieSpirit collects information and data and may will be accessed, stored and displayed abroad.

5. Information security

a) MovieSpirit account has security protection function. Please keep your username and password information properly. MovieSpirit will ensure that your information is not lost, not abused or changed by encrypting user passwords and other security measures. Despite the aforementioned security measures, please also note that there are no “perfect security measures” on the information network.

b) When using MovieSpirit web service for online transactions, you will inevitably disclose your personal information, such as contact information or postal address, to the counterparty or potential counterparty. Please protect your personal information and provide it to others only when necessary. If you find that your personal information is leaked, especially if the username and password are leaked, please contact the application customer service immediately so that the application can take corresponding measures.
